Ex. Pastry Chef Test
This past week I tested for the Ex.Pastry Chef Position at UCLA, the position I have been interim'ing' since Oct 7th.

Yesterday's creation
Chocolate cake filled with raspberry champagne mousse, covered in purple fondant and brushed with luster dust. The beaded border is hand made fondant balls and dragees were used for a nice silver accent. Inspiration for the colors was the Kings hockey team; purple, silver and black, the birthday girl is a hockey fan.
